“Tom at VisualTronics handled the digitization for our large oral history preservation project. This involved digitizing hundreds of audio and video recordings in a wide variety of analog media, as well as transcoding some aging digital formats, to our archival standards. Tom did a great job with the digitization itself, improving many of the recordings that had deteriorated, and was able to repair some of the cassettes that were not working. In addition, he followed our file naming specifications, returned everything in an organized way, and was great at communicating issues and answering questions. I highly recommend VisualTronics.”
